History
The Zandotti family have held the estate since 1734, when Cardinal Pentini turned a hunting reserve into a farm and vaulted a Roman cistern into a cellar.
Still run by the family near Rome, it makes the Frascati Superiore and Cannellino from native volcanic-soil grapes.
