History
Fontana Candida began bottling in 1958 and became the best-known name of Frascati, the historic white of the Castelli Romani. To mark its fiftieth anniversary it launched the Luna Mater project in 2007, a serious, age-worthy Frascati Superiore Riserva made with a complex multi-material protocol, showing the appellation's untapped potential.
