History
Villa di Corlo centers on a late-17th-century villa near Modena, held by the Munari family for over a century; Antonietta Munari began bottling her inherited Grasparossa vines from the late 1990s.
The estate makes Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro and Lambrusco di Sorbara, and also produces traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in the villa's attic acetaia.
