History
Vittorio Graziano began making wine at Castelvetro di Modena in 1969 and, in the late 1970s when many Emilian growers were sweetening and industrialising Lambrusco, went the opposite way, making pure, dry, naturally bottle-refermented wine with no added yeast or sugar. He is widely regarded as the pioneer of natural Lambrusco; his cru Fontana dei Boschi is a benchmark.
