History
Tenuta Pederzana's story began after the Second World War when Franco Simonini worked with the University of Bologna to isolate the best clone of Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro; decades later his nephew Francesco Gibellini turned the family vineyard into a winery in 1996, bottling that distinctive clone. It is a benchmark for characterful, dry Grasparossa.
