History
Ceri and Stephen Parke bought the property, Azienda Il Melocotogno, in 2003, with the vineyard passing under their direct management in 2006.
The winery has built a reputation for environmental innovation in the Trasimeno hills, becoming one of the first in the world to bottle wine commercially in paper packaging alongside its traditional glass-bottled range, while exporting to markets including Canada, Japan, Finland, the Netherlands and the UK.
