About six hectares of steep south-east terraces at 550 to 890 metres on the Pfeffersberg above Bressanone in the Valle Isarco; Sylvaner, Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and Gewürztraminer.

History
The Kuenhof, first documented in the 12th century as a bishop's holding, has been farmed by the Pliger family for about two centuries. In 1990 Peter Pliger began pressing and bottling his own wine, becoming a Valle Isarco pioneer, notably the first to bottle a varietal Riesling there; his Kaiton Riesling and mineral Sylvaner are benchmarks. His son Simon took over in 2025.
