History
Cantina Terlano is one of South Tyrol's greatest white-wine addresses, a cooperative founded in 1893 by 24 growers near Terlano. A pioneer of temperature-controlled fermentation in Italy, it is famous for whites of remarkable ageing potential, kept in a bottle archive of around 100,000 bottles going back to 1955 and beyond. Its Pinot Bianco Vorberg, the Terlaner Nova Domus and the rare Rarity releases are benchmarks for age-worthy Alpine whites.
