History

Foradori is the estate that redeemed Teroldego. Elisabetta Foradori took over her family's Mezzolombardo winery in 1984 after her father's early death and became known as the 'queen of Teroldego', proving the native grape's fine-wine potential with Granato, first made in 1986. From the 2000s she moved to biodynamics, massale selection and terracotta, earning full Demeter certification with the 2009 vintage and becoming one of Italy's most admired low-intervention producers.
