History

Mora & Memo was founded in 2013 by Elisabetta Pala, of the four-generation Sardinian Pala winemaking family, as her own project at Serdiana. Working native varieties and fermenting in steel to preserve freshness, she built a modern, design-forward Sardinian estate with wines like the Vermentino Tino and the Cannonau Nau.
