History
Audarya was established in 2014 by the young siblings Salvatore and Nicoletta Pala, with their winemaker brother Davide and father Enrico, building on family vineyards their grandfather Salvatore first planted in 1940. Focused on Sardinian natives, it quickly became one of the island's most admired newer estates for its precise Vermentino and Cannonau.
