History
Andrea Occhipinti fell for the volcanic vineyards of Gradoli while studying at the University of Tuscia, making them his 2004 thesis subject, and bought his first hectares soon after. Farming organically on the slopes of Europe's largest volcanic lake, he champions the native Aleatico and Grechetto Rosso, with wines such as the dry red Aleatico Alea Viva.
