History
Farming biodynamically since 1988, Dario Prinčič founded his winery in 1993 and bottled his first wines at Oslavia, on the Italy-Slovenia border.
With neighbours Radikon and Gravner he helped launch Italy's skin-contact 'orange' wine movement, using only tiny amounts of copper and sulphur.
Fermentations run spontaneously with native yeasts and long skin contact; he is a member of Vini Veri.
