The Lodi family have farmed at Zola Predosa since 1726 and bottled under the 1877 name; today Silvia and Cesare Corazza carry it on.
From about eighteen hectares they make the Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto in still, frizzante and metodo-classico forms, alongside Barbera and Merlot.
