Davide Vignato

History

Davide grew up in Gambellara and learned from his father Gian Domenico, the first in the family to bottle from the hillside vineyards his grandfather Rinaldo had planted.

From 1997 Davide converted the estate to organic and then biodynamic farming, becoming the first in Gambellara to bottle certified organic wine.

He ferments spontaneously with native yeasts and bottles unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur.
