History
Emilio Sciacca, a Catania-based tourism and hospitality professional turned wine enthusiast, formalized his farm in 2015 after years of exploring Etna's vineyard districts and completing sommelier-track studies with ONAV.
He found a small plot with an abandoned palmento in the Martinella district of Linguaglossa on Etna's north slope, restored it, and produced his first harvest in 2018, releasing a white (Biancopiglio) and two reds (Rossobrillo and Neromagno).
