History
The Bonaccorsi family have roots on Etna to 1763; in 2000 Alice Bonaccorsi and her husband Rosario Pappalardo moved to Contrada Croce Monaci at Randazzo, on the volcano's north side.
They farm organically and make the 'Valcerasa' Etna Rosso from Nerello Mascalese, and an Etna Bianco from Carricante.
