History
Mario Mereu founded Perda Rubia in 1949, among the first in Sardinia to bottle a pure Cannonau, in the Ogliastra at Cardedu.
Now in the third Mereu generation and farmed organically, it works ungrafted vines mass-selected from stock dating to the early 1900s.
