History
Vigne Surrau is a leading modern name of Vermentino di Gallura. Founded in 2004 by the Demuro family in the Surrau valley near the Costa Smeralda, and working with the consultant Beppe Caviola, it devotes most of its production to Vermentino on Gallura's granite soils. Its Sciala Superiore and Branu are among the most awarded wines of the appellation.
