History
Le Fabriche sits on a hill at Maruggio around a masseria built more than four hundred years ago, where the Knights of Malta once raised towers against Saracen raids; Alessia Perrucci runs it today.
From about thirteen hectares of organic vineyard they make the Primitivo di Manduria and other Salento reds, with a relais and restaurant in the old masseria.
