History
Poderi Aldo Conterno was born in 1969 when Aldo Conterno left the family's strict-traditional Giacomo Conterno estate in Serralunga to make his own Barolo at Monforte d'Alba, on prized Bussia land. Balancing tradition with refinement, he crafted a house style of aromatic, structured, long-ageing wines, above all the Granbussia Riserva, a selection from Cicala, Colonnello and Romirasco declared only in the greatest years and among Barolo's legends.
