History
Di Majo Norante, on the Adriatic coast at Campomarino, is the historic reference estate of Molise — for a long time almost the only Molise producer known internationally. The family has deep roots in the region's winemaking, and the estate was developed into a modern, quality-focused, organically-farmed producer, today led by Alessio Di Majo.
It works the region's grapes across the Biferno and Molise denominations — Montepulciano and Aglianico for the reds, Falanghina, Fiano and Greco for the whites — and has championed the rare native red Tintilia, now the flag-bearer of Molise's identity.
The flagship is 'Ramitello', a Biferno Rosso Riserva (Montepulciano/Aglianico), alongside the 'Don Luigi' Riserva, the Tintilia del Molise, and varietal Falanghina and Sangiovese.
