History

The counts Saladini Pilastri are an Ascoli noble family documented since around the year 1000, with wine made on the estate for some three centuries. One of the larger organic estates of the Marche (certified 2008), it is a Rosso Piceno reference and a champion of the native Pecorino under the Offida DOCG.
