History
Sandro Fay founded his estate in 1973, expanding his family's small vineyards in San Giacomo di Teglio in the Valgella subzone of Valtellina Superiore. Since 1998 his children Marco and Elena, Marco trained in Barolo, have made single-vineyard Alpine Nebbiolo, with the Valgella Carteria Riserva and the Sforzato Ronco del Picchio as flagships.
