History
Cincinnato was founded in 1947 by growers at Cori, named for the Roman statesman-farmer Cincinnatus, and built a modern winery in 1979. A cooperative with a strong quality project, it is best known for reviving the local Nero Buono di Cori and the white Bellone, championing Lazio's native varieties.
