History
Venturini Baldini, at the Tenuta di Roncolo in the lands of Canossa, was refounded in 1976 on an estate whose history reaches to 1670.
Among the first organic wineries in Italy, certified since 1994, it makes the Reggiano Lambrusco Rubino del Cerro and a rosato spumante, along with balsamic vinegar.
