History

The Donati family estate near Felino in the Parma hills dates to the 1930s and is run today by Camillo Donati and his family, the third generation. Farming organically and biodynamically, Camillo is known for taking grapes usually made still and bottling them dry and bottle-refermented by the ancestral method, unfined and unfiltered: rustic, complex Malvasia, Lambrusco and Barbera frizzante.
