History
Rocca del Principe was founded in 2004 by Ercole Zarrella with his wife Aurelia Fabrizio and brother Antonio at Lapio, where the family planted Fiano at Contrada Tognano from 1990. Cooled by the Picentini mountains, the estate makes precise, age-worthy Fiano di Avellino, with the Neviera and Tognano crus; daughter Simona joined as oenologist in 2018.
