History
Brigaldara, a hill and farmhouse near San Floriano documented since the 12th century, was bought by Renzo Cesari in 1928; the family's first wine came in 1979. Under his grandson Stefano, with the late oenologist Roberto Ferrarini, it became a leading Amarone and Valpolicella name, its Amarone winning Tre Bicchieri from 1997.
