History
Siro Pacenti bridges tradition and modernity in Montalcino. Founded in 1970, the estate was transformed after 1988 by Giancarlo Pacenti, who studied in Bordeaux and brought precision winemaking and French barriques while pursuing purity and elegance. Blending the northern Pelagrilli and southern Piancornello vineyards, and bottling a Vecchie Vigne from old vines, his Brunellos are among the most polished of the appellation.
