History
Salvioni is one of Montalcino's great small growers. Giulio Salvioni made his first commercial Brunello in 1985 from a handful of hectares under the La Cerbaiola label, and his rare, meticulously farmed wines quickly became cult objects. With only around 10,000 to 15,000 bottles a year, low yields and rigorous selection, Salvioni is a byword for artisanal, benchmark Brunello.
