History
Riccardo and Jennifer Campinoti bought Le Ragnaie in 2002 and made high-altitude Sangiovese its calling card, farming sites from 200 up to 600 metres, the loftiest in Brunello. Organic from 2005 and minimal in the cellar, they bottle several single-vineyard Brunellos vinified identically, a Burgundy-style terroir approach that made the estate a modern reference.
