Paolo Cianferoni's father planted the vines at Caparsa in 1965; Paolo has led the family estate since 1982, and his children Federico, Filippo and Fiamma work it now.
Organic and traditional, over about eleven hectares of Radda it makes long-lived Chianti Classico of pure Sangiovese.
