History
Antonio Arrighi's family has grown vines on the hills of Porto Azzurro, on the Isola d'Elba, since the early 1900s, bottling from the 1950s and DOC since 1979.
The estate is a standard-bearer for Elba, from the sweet Aleatico Passito to 'Nesos', an Ansonica revived from ancient Greek technique by ageing the grapes underwater in the sea.
