History
Graci is one of the leading names of modern Etna. Alberto Graci returned from finance in 2004 to farm his family's volcanic vineyards, working organically with indigenous yeasts and large Slavonian botti rather than barriques. His site-specific Etna Rosso from Arcurìa and Feudo di Mezzo, and the high-altitude Quota 1000 from old Barbabecchi vines, are graceful, transparent expressions of Nerello Mascalese; in 2022 Gaja partnered with the estate.
