History
Cantine Paolini began at Marsala in 1964 as a union of local growers pooling their experience; its first harvest came in 1972, the start of a long climb.
Today one of western Sicily's largest cooperatives, it gathers over a thousand members and some three thousand hectares across Marsala, Trapani, Salemi and Mazara del Vallo, making around seven million bottles a year built on Grillo and Nero d'Avola.
