History

Stefano Soi, an architect with winemaking roots on both sides of his family (his grandfather Efisio was among the first Sardinian-school enologists), founded Agricola Soi in his father's hometown of Nuragus in the Sarcidano.

He designed the winery himself using reclaimed local materials such as stone, wood, sheep's wool and cork, and farms exclusively native grapes without irrigation or chemical treatments; the estate also runs as a certified didactic farm.
