History
Cantine Due Palme was founded in 1989 at Cellino San Marco by Angelo Maci, a third-generation winemaker who set up the cooperative to give growers a fair price, starting with fifteen members. Now a large Salento cooperative of some 1,200 growers, its Selvarossa Salice Salentino Riserva is a perennial Tre Bicchieri winner.
