History
Nineteen growers of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra joined in 1959 to make a Barbera worthy of their land, in a corner of Monferrato outside the Moscato zone.
Now about 192 members farm some five hundred hectares, and from the 1980s the cellar built its name on old-vine Barbera d'Asti such as Vigne Vecchie.
