History
Luciano Sandrone rose from cellar hand to icon. Buying his first plot in Cannubi Boschis in 1977 and making his debut Barolo in a small garage in 1978, he became a leading figure of the modern Langhe with pure, precise, deeply fruited wines. His single-cru Aleste (formerly Cannubi Boschis) and the multi-cru blend Le Vigne are benchmarks, made in a bright, aromatic style that helped bring Barolo to the world.
