History
The Scarpari family has been documented as winegrowers and winemakers in Botticino since the 1500s, among the oldest recorded winemaking families of the comune; the current cellar building has been in family hands since the 1600s.
The estate produces the full range of Botticino DOC styles, from everyday reds to prestige bottlings, including the Riserva 'Il Monastero' and 'Cantinì', the latter aged in Slavonian oak.
