History
Scarbolo was founded in 1982 by Valter Scarbolo in the Friuli Grave at Lauzacco, building a reputation for clean, balanced wines from native and international varieties. His children Lara and Mattia, involved from 2016 and 2020, have taken it organic and to hand-harvest, focusing on low-yield single-plot Friulano and Refosco.
