Patrizia Iannella founded Torre a Oriente at Torrecuso in 2002, on a centuries-old family tradition of the Taburno.
From about ten hectares of vineyard on the Taburno she makes the Aglianico del Taburno, such as u' Barone, and the Falanghina del Sannio.
