History
Il Colle del Corsicano is a small organic estate on the Cilento coast at Castellabate, where Alferio Romito — a young oenologist trained under Luigi Moio at Naples' Federico II — took over the old family vineyards, the fourth generation to work them.
Across three hectares in two bodies, one bordering the sea at Punta Licosa, the estate grows native Aglianico and Primitivo at San Marco di Castellabate and Fiano by the sea, making around four thousand bottles — among them the Fiano 'Licosa' and the Aglianico 'Patrinus'.
