History
Alepa began in 1986 when Eugenio Riccio planted the estate's first vines and olive groves around a country house in Caiazzo, an area historically prized for Pallagrello since Bourbon times.
After a period of external management, Riccio's daughter Paola took over running the winery in 2003 and continues to lead it today, focused on the native Pallagrello Bianco grape and low-intervention, biodiversity-minded farming.
