History
In 2005 three friends; an engineer, an architect and a teacher; bought a vineyard at Spezzano Piccolo, drawn by memories of grandfathers who made their own wine.
They launched Spiriti Ebbri in 2009 to give value back to Calabria's native grapes with a natural, organic approach.
The cellar, set in a repurposed 1950s cinema, has become an emblem of new Calabrian wine.
